  • Boiler Repair – Call-Out & Diagnosis

    Boiler repair call-out and fault diagnosis.


    The first hour is charged at £65, which includes attendance and diagnosis of the issue.


    If parts or further work are required, a quotation will be provided before any repair is carried out.


    NOTE: The £65 charge covers the first hour for diagnosis only.

    Parts and repairs are not included and will be quoted separately.

  • Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)

    For landlords and letting agents.

    Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) required by law for rented properties in Scotland.


    Includes a gas safety inspection of appliances, pipework and flues in line with current UK gas safety regulations.


    NOTE: This service does not include a full boiler service unless booked separately.

  • Homeowner Gas Safety Check

    For homeowners.

    Gas safety inspection for owner-occupied properties.


    Includes safety checks of gas appliances, pipework and flues. While not legally required for homeowners, regular gas safety checks are recommended for peace of mind.


    NOTE: This service does not include a full boiler service unless booked separately.

  • Emergency Call-out Service.

    We aim to attend within 1–2 hours, or immediately where possible for serious leaks.


    The £100 charge covers the first hour, including attendance and initial work.


    Additional time is charged at £65 per hour and will only be carried out with customer approval.

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak:


  • Do not use electrical switches
  • Open windows and doors if safe to do so
  • Leave the property
