Boiler Repair – Call-Out & Diagnosis
CHECK AVAILABILITYBoiler repair call-out and fault diagnosis.
The first hour is charged at £65, which includes attendance and diagnosis of the issue.
If parts or further work are required, a quotation will be provided before any repair is carried out.
NOTE: The £65 charge covers the first hour for diagnosis only.
Parts and repairs are not included and will be quoted separately.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
CHECK AVAILABILITYFor landlords and letting agents.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) required by law for rented properties in Scotland.
Includes a gas safety inspection of appliances, pipework and flues in line with current UK gas safety regulations.
NOTE: This service does not include a full boiler service unless booked separately.
Homeowner Gas Safety Check
CHECK AVAILABILITYFor homeowners.
Gas safety inspection for owner-occupied properties.
Includes safety checks of gas appliances, pipework and flues. While not legally required for homeowners, regular gas safety checks are recommended for peace of mind.
NOTE: This service does not include a full boiler service unless booked separately.
Emergency Call-out Service.
CHECK AVAILABILITYWe aim to attend within 1–2 hours, or immediately where possible for serious leaks.
The £100 charge covers the first hour, including attendance and initial work.
Additional time is charged at £65 per hour and will only be carried out with customer approval.
